teleportation

I'm making a Stargate based level and I need to teleport from one gate to another. I've seen it in other levels but I just can't figure it out. Anyone help?

I have tried this before.
1. Make a box with a checkpoint in it and another box where you want to teleport to
2. Set a perm switch to activate the portal to go to the receiving box
3. Have gas emit when it gets there.
4. Your sackboy should appear at the other end.

I am still working on a 2 way teleporter thing. Tell you when I get one working!

I have one in the Star Trek level that I will be working on for the rest of my life. Add me and I will send you one to see how it works .

It seems to me that these are one of the more complex things to create and make it work accurately, smoothly, and prettily. I will make one soon. I helped myself with this haha.
